Easy Returns - We want you to love your scooter. That's why we have made the return process as easy as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied, just contact us within 30 days and we will email you the return instructions. Then just pack the scooter in the box it arrived in and call FedEx to pick it up. Once the scooter is received we will inspect it and then process your refund or process an exchange.
